Beef steak, bun for the burger, Baku tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, red onions, mixed salad, hot sauce, cheddar cheese.

Beef meat - 70 gr Solid fat - 20 gr Salt - 4 gr Black pepper - 2 gr Mineral water - 15 gr Bun for burger - 1 piece Bakin tomatoes - 20 gr Pickled cucumbers - 15 gr Red onions - 6 gr Salad mix (arugula, frisée, radish) - 10 gr Spicy sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili, yuzu) - 30 gr Cheddar cheese - 30 gr
COOKING METHOD:
Pass the meat and fat through a meat grinder with a coarse blade or chop with a knife. Form the cutlet under pressure.Roast. Heat a bun, spread sauce on it, put cheese on top, then cutlet, cheese again, pickled cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce and smear everything with sauce.
